Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment for activated carbon and filtration products
• Follow and uphold all safety, environmental, and quality procedures and regulations
• Perform in-process inspections, sampling, and basic quality checks to meet specifications
• Record production data, equipment readings, and batch information accurately
• Assist with equipment changeovers, startups, and shutdowns per standard work instructions
• Support routine and preventive maintenance activities and report equipment issues
• Handle raw materials and finished goods, including loading, unloading, and staging
• Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5
• S and housekeeping standards
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve issues
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
