Direct Hire 1st Shift CNC Grinders and Operators in Blawnox, PA

Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Join our team in Blawnox, a charming borough in Pennsylvania known for its friendly community and convenient location near Pittsburgh. We are seeking skilled CNC Grinders to operate precision grinding equipment for manufacturing and restoring bearing components and other precision parts to exact specifications.

This role is critical in maintaining the quality and performance of our products by ensuring all components meet strict dimensional and tolerance requirements. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow work instructions, and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Operators work closely with the Quality Control team to ensure all finished parts meet required size and tolerance specifications.

Mechanical aptitude, a safety-first mindset, and a dedication to continuous improvement are essential for success in this role.

• Previous experience operating CNC grinding equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with centerless grinding is highly preferred.
• Experience operating CNC mills, lathes, or Okuma CNC machines is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret basic dimensions and tolerances.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality parts that meet specifications.
