Fabrication Specialist

Ecolab is seeking a Fabrication Specialist to build high-quality components for our water, hygiene, and safety solutions. In this onsite manufacturing role, you will interpret blueprints, cut, form, weld, and assemble metal parts, and perform precise measurements to meet strict quality and safety standards. You'll work in a purpose-driven, safety-focused, and collaborative environment, supporting continuous improvement and sustainable operations while gaining exposure to advanced fabrication technologies and growth opportunities across global industries.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to fabricate metal parts to spec
• Operate fabrication equipment (cutting, forming, welding, CNC) safely and efficiently
• Set up, adjust, and maintain tools, fixtures, and machines for production runs
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools and document quality results
• Troubleshoot fabrication issues and collaborate with engineering and maintenance
• Follow all safety, environmental, and 5
• S/lean manufacturing standards
• Maintain accurate production records and support continuous improvement projects
