General Manufacturing/ Production Technicians Day & Night Shifts Available | Paid Training | Built-In Overtime

TOPS Staffing is hiring production workers to join a growing medical manufacturing operation in Clinton, PA. This is a great opportunity if you're looking for a steady 12-hour schedule, built-in overtime, paid training, and a clear path to move into higher-level positions. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but it is not required. The company will train candidates who are reliable, safety-minded, and willing to learn.

• Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 6:45 PM
• Starting Pay: $19.00/hour
• Night Shift: 6:30 PM - 6:45 AM
• Starting Pay: $20.75/hour - includes a $2.00/hour night shift differential
• Schedule:
  
  2-2-3 rotating schedule
• Work approximately 15 days per month
• Built-in overtime every other week
• Additional overtime may be available
• 12-hour shifts provide a consistent schedule and extended days off

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating and monitoring automated production equipment
• Loading raw materials and removing finished products
• Monitoring equipment throughout the production process
• Performing routine quality checks
• Identifying and reporting equipment or production issues
• Recording production and quality information accurately
• Following detailed work instructions and manufacturing procedures
• Working in a cleanroom environment and following required PPE procedures
• Keeping your workstation clean, organized, and safe
• Working with your team to meet production and quality goals

• Able to follow detailed instructions and procedures
• Detail-oriented and focused on quality
• Comfortable working a 12-hour rotating schedule
• Able to work in a cleanroom environment and wear required PPE
• Good communicators and team players
• Willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities

High school diploma or GED required. Manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required.
