Marketing Manager

Plan and direct marketing and sales policies, objectives, and initiatives. Develop marketing functions to ensure the sales plan and brand goals are achieved.

• Create methods to measure and monitor sales processes to identify issues, and enhance performance
• Initiate marketing objectives, strategies, programs, and policies. Work with Product Managers to create an overall marketing vision integrated into business plans, tactics, projects, and deliverables
• Assist sales with developing strategies to ensure alignment with greater business goals
• Lead critical marketing functions, including market research, communications, and product planning. Develop operational processes and policies that streamline decision-making and promote collaboration between marketing functions
• Establish and improve techniques, tools, and structures to support the sales process and meet defined business objectives
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms and graphic design tools such as Canva
• Conduct competitor analysis to assess position in marketplace.

• Requires a bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.

• 5-7 years+ marketing experience. Industry experience is a big plus.
