Travel Nursing Opportunity – Operating Room (OR) RN
Join a high-acuity surgical team and provide expert perioperative care across a variety of complex procedures. This assignment is ideal for an experienced OR RN who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments and enjoys delivering precision care to surgical patients.

Schedule:
3x12 Nights (rotating days/evenings/nights as needed)
Contract Length: 12.86 Weeks
Shift Requirements:
Floating and call as required; every other weekend
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare the operating room and surgical instruments for procedures
Verify patient identity and surgical site, maintaining a sterile environment
Assist surgeons as scrub or circulating nurse during operations
Advocate for patient safety and comfort throughout perioperative care
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs in high-intensity cases
Support procedures across multiple specialties including General, Ortho, Neuro, Vascular, Trauma, Robotics, and Transplant
Unit Details:
Operating Room – Level 1 Trauma Facility
Patient population: adult surgical patients across multiple specialties
Rotating shifts include day, evening, and night coverage
Requirements & Qualifications:
Active RN license
BLS certification
Minimum 2 years OR experience in the last 3 years (Level 1 Trauma experience required)
Minimum 1 year travel experience in OR within last 3 years
Strong technical skills and ability to scrub all cases
Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
Ability to work collaboratively in a high-pressure surgical environment
