Family Practice CRNP or PA-C

Integrated Medical Group, P.C. is a physician-owned and operated multi-specialty practice seeking an experienced and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our Family Practice team. Full-Time, Family Practice / Primary Care in Pine Grove, PA

• In-person, outpatient physician office with home visits if needed

• Active Pennsylvania CRNP license or PA-C certification
• Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and patient management skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with physicians and clinical staff
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care
• Medent EMR experience a plus

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients ages 6 and up
• Perform home visits as needed for established patients
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform routine physical examinations and preventive care
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results
• Develop treatment plans and educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation within the EMR system
