Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Pediatric Private Duty

Full-Time | Day Shift | One-on-One Care

Location: Monroeville, PA

Schedule: Monday‑Friday (Weekends Available) | 10:00 PM ‑ 8:00 AM

Community Care, Inc. is looking for a compassionate and dedicated LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing care for a 16‑year‑old female child. This is an opportunity to deliver personalized care in a supportive home setting.

What You'll Do

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Provide G‑tube care and feedings/aspiration precautions
Seizure monitoring
Administer medications safely and accurately
Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family
Deliver exceptional, family‑centered pediatric care

What You'll Need

Current LPN (or RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred, but not required)
CPR certification
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
