Job Summary

Geisinger is seeking an experienced or new graduate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team in Elysburg, PA. This site qualifies for a $20,000 recruitment incentive for an experienced provider and $15,000 for a new graduate.

• Up to $20,000 for experienced providers at select clinics.
• $15,000 for new graduates.

• Master’s Degree – Nurse Practitioner (Required)
• AC credited physician assistant program and current NCCPA certification or eligibility, including Pennsylvania State licensure for PA candidates.
• National certification that permits the NP to treat patients in the required settings and populations; must be eligible for licensure as a nurse practitioner in PA.

• Basic Life Support Certification – Default Issuing Body
• Certified Nurse Practitioner – American Academy of Nurse Practitioners
• Licensed Registered Nurse (Pennsylvania) –  of Pennsylvania

• Advanced Practitioner must be able to see and treat all age ranges from Pediatric (birth) to Geriatric.
