Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position with a $10,000 sign‑on bonus for eligible candidates and up to $40,000 in financial support to become a registered nurse. Includes up to $5 shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts.

• Contribute data to assessments in accordance with scope of practice and unit standards.
• Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families throughout the continuum of care.
• Reinforce patient and family education and facilitate discharge planning throughout hospitalization.
• Provide direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies, in line with policy and procedure.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions and care plans based on patient responses.
• Initiate collaboration with physicians, ancillary personnel, and other interdisciplinary team members; proactively resolve and facilitate patient needs.
• Participate in unit‑based decision‑making regarding the utilization of evidence‑based practice.
• Provide input to the manager for performance appraisals of care delivery team members.
• Precept and mentor new staff and students in a professional, positive manner.
• Coordinate patient care and staff interaction.
• Maintain compliance with all organization policies and procedures.

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).
• Licensed Practical Nurse license (required).
• Basic Life Support certification (required).

Typical work schedule: 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.; involves work every other weekend and holiday requirements.
