Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager Responsibilities- Clinical Leadership: Provide skilled nursing care to residents, while leading and supervising a team of nurses to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
- Unit Operations: Oversee daily unit operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Staff Development: Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Communication: Foster strong relationships with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Quality Improvement: Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining high-quality resident care.
- Experience: Prior experience as a Registered Nurse, with a focus on gerontological nursing and leadership.
- Experience: completing Oasis assessments.
- Licensure: Active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania.
- Certifications: Infection Control, Wound Care, and CPR certifications preferred.

Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
