Sign-On Bonus: $7,500 for new graduate nurses with less than one year of experience/$20,000 for experienced nurses with more than one year of RN experience. Experienced & New Grad RNs:
Full-Time positions available. Unit: 4 Pavilion/South Telemetry Medical Surgical Unit. About UPMC Shadyside: A Magnet-designated teaching hospital with ongoing research and education.

    This unit is a 30-bed telemetry, medical-surgical unit, where you'll work alongside our dedicated internal medicine team. This team handles a wide variety of diagnoses and patient issues, providing you with the perfect setting to gain invaluable experience and grow your skills.
