Job Path Partners LLC seeks a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for an immediate travel assignment in Bala Cynwyd, PA. The ideal candidate has at least one year of Home Health experience and a current BLS certification, with eligibility for state licensure.
The LPN will provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, support recovery, manage chronic conditions, and promote wellness. Travel to patient homes and independent work with an interdisciplinary team are required.
