We are seeking a highly motivated Nursing Assistant to deliver high quality patient care during nighttime shifts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliable attendance, teamwork, and communication while meeting orientation and long‑term scheduling requirements.

• Perform a wide range of clerical duties and direct patient care activities.
• Provide patient care within nursing assistant scope of practice, following multidisciplinary care plans.
• Observe, document, and report patient condition changes to licensed personnel.
• Obtain and maintain specimens, assist with laboratory transport.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene and changing linens.
• Provide one‑to‑one patient safety watch.
• Perform point‑of‑care testing and instrument maintenance; conduct quality control.
• Assist in troubleshooting and corrective measures for equipment and supplies.
• Serve as preceptor and mentor for new staff and students.
• Complete clerical duties for admissions, transfers, discharges, and deaths, and facilitate patient throughput.
• Transcribe orders, release and confirm tests, coordinate transports, and schedule tests.
• Communicate patient diet needs to food services.
• Manage clerical equipment and schedule maintenance.
• Assist with medication and blood product transport.
• Work in a clinical environment while complying with all policies and procedures.

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience (Preferred).
• Basic Life Support certification within 6 months of hire.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Preceptor experience is a plus.

• Hourly rate starting at $16.25 with increased rates for experience.
• Up to $3 shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends.
