• Provide direct patient care to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Perform vital signs, monitor patient conditions, and report any changes to the nursing team
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient care and treatment

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification for Pennsylvania
• Previous experience in a long‑term care or healthcare setting is preferred
• Ability to work varying shifts, including 3-11 and 11-7
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain accurate and thorough records
