• Make an Impact! Use your dynamic leadership abilities in building and leading our interdisciplinary team within the 32 bed unit. You will work alongside the Nurse Manager to ensure safe, high quality patient care. Given the responsibility to provide on-going feedback to staff, promote and participate in departmental goals, and coordinate staffing needs and schedules, you would also collaborate with the Nurse Manager and other team members to interview and select staff to join the team.
  
  As the Assistant Nurse Manager, you would be supporting a team caring for the Cardiothoracic patient population.
