Labor and Delivery RN - Rotating Shifts
This is a 13-week contract position.
Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts with a schedule of 3 x 12 hour shifts per week.
The Labor and Delivery RN will be responsible for providing high-risk obstetric care and support for patients during labor and delivery. This includes managing antepartum patients and circulating in C-section procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients in labor.
- Administer medications and treatments as necessary.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
- Provide support and education to patients and their families.
- Manage labor and delivery processes effectively.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Active RN license.
- High-risk Labor and Delivery experience is required.
- Experience in antepartum and circulating C-sections.
- Current CPR and ACLS certifications may be required.
- Flu and COVID vaccinations required, with medical/religious declinations accepted.
