Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery
This is a 13-week contract position.
12-hour shifts (Rotating Day/Night shifts). The schedule consists of three 12-hour shifts per week, with weekends required every other week.
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Labor & Delivery team. The ideal candidate will possess high-risk labor and delivery experience and be proficient in antepartum care and circulating C-sections.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Labor & Delivery unit.
- Monitor patients and assess needs during labor and delivery processes.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
- Administer medications and perform procedures as needed.
- Manage and assist with antepartum care and surgeries, including C-sections.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Must hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Must have recent and relevant experience in Labor & Delivery nursing.
- Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations required; medical/religious declinations accepted.
