Description:
This position requires participating in rotating shifts, which include days, evenings, and nights. Call duties are mandatory and may occur on weekdays and/or weekends. Weekend obligations may include Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Block scheduling is not available. The call response time is 30 minutes. In-house call rooms are available for staff use if needed. Candidates must not have been previously employed in a regular position.
Scrubbing duties are not required for this position. Candidates must possess a strong skill set in the specified surgical specialties. Responses to job offers must be accepted or declined within 48 hours; once accepted, time off will not be added or altered. FLU and COVID vaccinations are required, with medical and religious declinations accepted. Local candidates within 50 miles may receive a different compensation rate.
