As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) you would perform acts of medical diagnosis or prescription of medical therapeutic or corrective measures in collaboration with attending physicians and residents. As an advanced practice nurse, this role involves independent judgment and decision-making as well as consultation and collaboration with other members of the health care team. You would enhance the continuity of quality patient care;
amplify communication between the physician, family members, and the health care team; and extend the capabilities of the medical care team. This position will require travel between all MLH Hospitals and provide per diem coverage in our Hospitalist Medicine and ICU departments.
