RN - Critical care​/Stepdown Float Pool Tier 3 - PRN Jefferson Einstein

Jefferson Einstein Hospital is hiring a per diem, day Registered Nurse (RN).

This tier 3 position requires commitment during a 6‑week schedule:
Minimum Commitment – 60 hours
Weekend Requirement – 36 hours (included in minimum)
Holiday Requirement – 1 winter & 1 summer

• Participate in development and evaluation of nursing practices in the clinical setting.
• Provide patient care on Intensive Care and Critical Care units.
• Plan and provide comprehensive nursing care to a specific patient group, deliver medical regimens prescribed by a licensed physician, and participate in identifying and resolving nursing practice and unit problems.

• BSN preferred; ASN required.
• Active Pennsylvania RN license.
• Active BLS and ACLS through the American Heart Association.
• At least four years RN experience in acute care with two years of RN critical care or higher acuity experience.
• Successful completion of CCRN.
