, is seeking a part-time Wound Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join and help lead an established hospital-based wound care program in the Jefferson, PA market.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced NP who enjoys hands-on, procedure-focused medicine and wants the opportunity to build expertise in wound care while maintaining a predictable daytime schedule.

The clinic is integrated with Jefferson RMC Hospital and primarily serves a geriatric patient population with chronic and complex wounds.
This is a hands-on, procedure-oriented practice
, making procedural experience an important part of the role.
Candidates should have at least 1 year of procedural experience
, including experience with procedures such as:
- Wound debridement
- Suturing
- Incision & drainage (I&D)
- Other minor procedures
Procedural case logs will be requested as part of the credentialing process. Other non-dermatological procedural experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Full Clinical SupportYou will have a dedicated team supporting you from day one, including:
- Case Manager
- Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBO) Nurses
- Office Manager
- Front and back-office support staff
The program provides advanced wound-care treatments including:
- Wound assessment and cleaning
- Debridement
- Wound dressing and management
- Compression therapy
- Infection management and prevention
- Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBO)
- Cellulitis treatment
No prior wound care experience is required. Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.
Training includes:
- 5-day Wound Care Training & Mentorship
- 40-hour Hyperbaric Oxygen (HBO) training program
- Ongoing clinical support and education
All required training is paid.
Requirements- Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Active, unrestricted state license
- DEA license
- Minimum 1 year of NP experience
- At least 1 year of procedural experience
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Interest in developing expertise in wound care
