We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long Term Acute Care setting, providing specialized inpatient post-ICU services to critically ill patients requiring extended recovery.
In this role, you will
- Conduct patient assessments upon admission and throughout stay
- Accurately document patient data and interpret labs and telemetry
- Transcribe and process medical orders promptly
- Respond to rapid response and code events competently
- Educate and counsel patients and families as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Valid State RN license, BLS certification, and ACLS within 6 months. Clinical experience is preferred.
