Landscape Technician (Stormwater)
Location: Malvern, PA
Compensation: $18–$21 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full time, 40–55 hours per week (Monday‑Friday, overtime opportunities)
Travel: Required, typically 5–10 days per month (per diem $55 on travel days)

• Weekly pay, per diem, overtime potential, travel bonuses, and annual raises based on performance.

• Maintain stormwater infrastructure (retention ponds, detention basins, drainage ditches, stormwater grates, and other assets).
• Perform mowing, weed‑trimming, debris removal, ground maintenance, and cleanup, light construction, and maintenance repairs for client properties.
• Operate landscaping and light construction equipment.
• Travel locally and regionally to client sites using the company truck (5–10 days per month).

• 1–2 years of manual labor or outdoor work experience.
• Solid understanding of landscaping equipment and materials.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally.
• Minimum age 21 years (DOT interstate transportation requirement).
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Pass a pre‑employment background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening (drug‑free workplace).
• Ability to perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, etc.) and work in varied weather conditions.
