Concentrix is seeking an experienced QA tester specializing in API and integration testing within the healthcare interoperability space.

• Execute testing for interoperability solutions, including CRD, DTR, PAS, Member Access, and Payer‑to‑Payer APIs.
• Validate APIs against business rules, CMS regulations, and DaVinci IG requirements.
• Perform API testing using VSCode with Copilot and other QA tools.
• Create and execute test cases, test data, and test scenarios for FHIR‑based integrations.
• Identify, log, and track defects, and support resolution with development teams.
• Assist in validating data mappings and integration workflows.

• Basic to intermediate understanding of API testing (REST, JSON).
• Experience with VSCode or similar tools for testing.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

• Knowledge of CRD, DTR, PAS, or CMS interoperability rules.
• Exposure to AI‑assisted tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot).
• Basic understanding of Azure or other cloud‑based applications.
• Familiarity with HL7 FHIR concepts and healthcare data exchange.
• Experience with healthcare payer domains (claims, prior authorization, eligibility).

Base salary range: $92,000 – $131,000 plus performance incentives. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; comprehensive employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; paid time off and holidays.
