Quality Control Laboratory Team Leader
Finalità:
- Supervision and coordination of QC operators in charge of PF WBBC & Clearcoat control, ensuring compliance with internal quality procedures and customer specifications
- Ensure compliance with EHS rules, and participate in the risk assessment of QC activities to avoid unsafe actions and/or conditions
Responsabilità/Attività Principali:
- Ensure the correct execution of QC tests in compliance with quality standards (IATF) and customer specifications
- Ensure the execution of PSO (number of decrees vs target), relying on the QC capacity model
- Ensure the insertion of QC data in R12 and OK batch delivery according to agreed commitment dates in production meeting, and delivery of batch tickets post completed ≤21 working days
- Manage Tier 1
- Ensure that all laboratory equipment is maintained and calibrated according to the defined plan
- Identify and report internal NCs to the relevant departments (Prod, PE, QA, Tech)
- Support the root cause analysis of internal NCs and customer CAIRs, in collaboration with Prod, PE, QA, Tech, ensuring the closure of corrective actions within agreed times
- Ensure the archiving and recovery of archive samples according to the indicated procedure, ensuring stock EXPI= 0
- Ensure the archiving of pannelli and QC supports according to PSQ 10/01
- Monitor the trend of come-offs, and communicate to Tech/PE any corrections to be made in order to improve FRC/SRC
- Ensure the execution of the revalidation plan for reduction of div. OK
- Ensure the advancement/development of CID project
- Ensure execution of spot crater tests for indirect materials and containers
- Actively participate in the team strategy, supporting improvement projects for budget and team growth
Requisiti:
- Diploma or preferably Degree in Chemistry and/or scientific subjects
- Knowledge of chemistry and various types of products
- Problem solving skills
- Understanding of the market and ability to respond adequately to customer requests
- Good level of English language knowledge
- Yellow/Green Belt
