Quality Engineering Director

** Job Description*
* + Sets and governs the quality engineering strategy, ensuring aligment to enterprise priorities and comprehensive end to end testing across programs.

+ Establishes and enforces standards and operating models for test execution and environment coordination, holding teams accountable for consistent execution and adherence to quality metrics. Serves as a subject matter expert to guide solution development

+ Proactively identifies systemic risks, gaps and quality deficiencies and directs cross-functional resulution efforts by mobilizing Quality Engineering leaders, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.

+ Owns enterprise quality performance, leveraging defect metrics, trend analysis, and post-production insights to set expectations, drive accountability, and continuously improve delivery outcomes.

+ Leads the advancement of Quality Engineering practices by institutionalizing continuous improvement, embedding best practices, and driving adoption of modern testing methodologies across the organization.

+ Reviews workforce and capability strategy for Quality Engineering, including resource planning, leadership development, and budget alignment, while fostering a high-performing organization and advancing adoption of emerging industry trends within deliery teams.
