Supplier Quality Engineer

Oxford Solutions is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer for a direct-hire, onsite opportunity. This role will oversee supplier quality across PCBA, electronic assemblies, cable and wire harnesses, machined parts, and fabricated components.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supplier audits and evaluate manufacturing and quality processes
• Serve as the primary supplier quality contact for new product introductions and daily operations
• Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Engineering to resolve supplier quality issues
• Review drawings, specifications, inspection requirements, and supplier documentation
• Support supplier qualification, corrective actions, performance improvement, and quality compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, electronics, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant Supply Chain or Quality experience;
  An associate degree with 10+ years of directly relevant experience may be considered
• Current supplier auditing experience involving PCBA, machining, and fabrication
• Knowledge of electronic components, cable and wire harness manufacturing, and IPC standards
• Experience with machined and fabricated parts
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
