Scientific Writer

This is a pivotal scientific writer position within UPMC Hillman Cancer Center responsible for assisting with writing large, multi-investigator grant proposals and other manuscripts. The incumbent will also be responsible for editing scientific reports, assisting with drafting Letters of Support for Hillman members, providing writing/editing support for publications, editing reports by internal and external stakeholders, and developing ad hoc requested scientific materials.

Implements critical scientific research editing to documents and maintains compliance with all guidelines and regulations. Participates as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support over 300 UPMC Hillman Cancer Center members. The incumbent also demonstrates an ability to obtain information from multiple sources to create content for presentations and reports.
