Clinical Research Assistant

The Clinical Research Assistant is responsible for providing support to research studies conducted in the Pediatric Clinical and Translational Research Center (PCTRC). The successful candidate will provide administrative support such as data entry, file maintenance, and assisting with reports. They will assist the research nurses, coordinators, and investigators in collecting and processing blood, urine, and other specimens according to the methods defined in multiple research protocols and established standards and practices.

Equivalent relevant work experience may be substituted for degree requirement. This position is located at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh in Lawrenceville. PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check, and FBI Criminal Record Check will be required prior to the start of employment. Also, a current TB test will be required as a condition of employment.
