Laboratory Research Tech

The Department of Radiology is seeking a Research Technician. The primary locations of this position are Scaife Hall and UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. This position will function as a Research Technician in a laboratory focused on molecular imaging of cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases using small animals (primarily mice).

Responsibilities include:

- conducting cell biology laboratory experiments - maintaining mice colony (e.g., breeding, genotyping, keeping records) and performance of procedures - administrative tasks (ordering, maintenance of inventories). Biology degree is preferred.
