TOPS Staffing is hiring a Lab Technician - TEM for our client in Plum, PA. Shift and schedule:
Flexible, including off-shift hours. Pay: $18.25/hour.

Job Overview:
Support advanced research by preparing samples and operating TEM equipment to enable high-resolution imaging. Collaborate with a team of scientists and technicians to maintain precision in every analysis and contribute to innovative projects shaping the future of science.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare samples for Transmission Electron Microscopy analysis with attention to detail
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain TEM and related laboratory equipment
- Document test results accurately and communicate findings clearly
- Follow safety protocols and ensure proper lab practices are maintained
- Assist with calibration and routine maintenance of lab instruments
- Support team with additional lab tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Manual dexterity for handling small, delicate samples
- Experience with sample preparation techniques (preferred but not required)
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior laboratory experience strongly desired
- Willingness to work flexible, off-shift hours
Nice to Have
Skills:
- Familiarity with microscopy and microanalytical techniques
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining laboratory instruments
