• Design, plan, and execute biostatistical components for research and development projects.
• Provide guidance and lead/co‑lead moderately complex projects, managing time and resources effectively.
• Apply skills and discipline knowledge to contribute to departmental work.

• Participate in research on statistical methodology and its applications relevant to Pfizer's business needs.

• MS with 2 years of relevant experience or PhD with 0+ years of relevant experience
• Strong statistical knowledge through coursework or practical application in general linear models, mixed models, non‑linear models, experimental design, variance components, Bayesian methods, and quality control
• Proven ability to create computational tools for data visualization and work with modern multi‑dimensional genomic data technologies
• Effective team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to write technical reports
• Familiarity with International Conference on Harmonisation guidance and pharmacopoeia monographs
• Experience in a regulated scientific environment, demonstrating statistical expertise
• Ability to prepare both internal and external reports, presentations, and manuscripts

• PhD degree with relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
• Experience providing statistical support to clinical studies in Inflammatory and Immunology
• Knowledge of advanced statistical methodologies and their applications in clinical research
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to develop new options in non‑standard situations
• Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot or Gemini, to support problem solving and enhance productivity. Demonstrated curiosity for exploring how these tools can improve outcomes and understanding of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $ to $. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 15.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
