The Senior Scientist for CX Product Insights leads consumer experience research for assigned brands or platforms, guiding product and packaging development from ideation to launch.
They design and execute qualitative and quantitative studies, synthesize findings into actionable recommendations, and translate consumer needs into clear experience targets and requirements.
Responsibilities- Managing research plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing external suppliers, ensuring data integrity, and delivering decision-ready insights to drive innovation and renovation.
- Bachelor's degree (advanced preferred), 3+ years of consumer research experience (especially in CPG or food/beverage), strong research, communication, and project management skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Remote work is permitted up to two days per week, with in-person presence required at least three days.
