Our Cooks prepare meals in accordance with Camelback’s recipes while maintaining a sanitized work area. We have opportunities available for both Prep Cooks and Line Cooks. Work may include operating a grill, oven, or fryer in a fast‑paced environment.

- Food preparation, chopping vegetables, making salads, and putting together entrees.
- Preparing oven, utensils, and grill for each shift
- Learns and adheres to the designated cooking methods to assist in preparing the appropriate menu items consistently.
- Handles, stores, and rotates all products properly.
- Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk‑in coolers, and all storage areas.
- Taking orders from wait staff or computerized system.
- Cooking order according to food health and safety standards.
- Handling multiple food orders at one time.
- Strives to learn to improve cooking skills and expand knowledge about food products and techniques.
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
- Basic math skills for adapting recipe quantities as needed.
- Restaurant cooking experience preferred.
- Availability to include weekdays, weekends, evening, and holidays.
- Ensure the safety and well‑being of our guests.
- Must be able to speak and read the English language, additional languages a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours per shift).
- Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, and crouching to access ingredients, ovens, and storage.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs (e.g., pots, pans, bulk ingredients, or equipment).
- Ability to work safely around hot surfaces, open flames, steam, and sharp objects.
- Tolerance for working in hot, humid, and sometimes crowded environments.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions (e.g., chopping, stirring, plating) safely and efficiently.
- Ability to move quickly and efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
