• Customer Service Leadership: Assist customers, respond to concerns, and help maintain a welcoming store environment
• Staff Coordination: Assign tasks, guide new employees, and support team members during daily operations
• Inventory Oversight: Review stock levels, track discrepancies, and update store systems accurately
• Cash and Register Management: Verify cash amounts, resolve register issues, and ensure proper handling of payments
• Merchandising Support: Organize displays, stock shelves, and ensure products are rotated and presented correctly
• Store Procedures: Follow opening and closing routines, secure the store, and maintain cleanliness and safety

• Full-time employment.
• Work hours will vary, totaling 75 hours biweekly.
• This is an itinerant position, requiring travel as needed.
• Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
• Salary: The starting salary for this position for new Commonwealth employees is fixed at the minimum salary listed above and is not negotiable.

• Six months as a Liquor Store Clerk 1 or Intermittent Liquor Store Clerk (Commonwealth job titles or equivalent Federal Government job titles, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
• Six months of retail sales work.

• You must pass a background investigation.
