Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns;
Promotes Sam's Club products and services and helps meet membership goals;
Maintains safety by following safety standards and procedures and reporting unsafe situations to management;
Collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers and business partners to meet priorities and deadlines.
