Seasonal Retail Associate

Duluth Trading Company is hiring Seasonal Retail Associates to deliver an outstanding in-store experience during our busy season. In this role, you'll engage customers with genuine, down to earth service while sharing product features and benefits across our durable workwear and outdoor apparel lines. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, maintaining clean, organized sales floors, stocking and replenishing merchandise, and supporting fitting room service.

You'll work as part of a collaborative, fun team that values hard work, humor, and authenticity while helping customers gear up for work and the outdoors.
