Lead Team Member

Sheetz is seeking a Lead Team Member to guide store staff and ensure a smooth, customer-obsessed experience in our busy convenience and food service locations. In this role, you'll lead by example on the sales floor, support training, and help manage shift operations including cash handling, food safety, and inventory. You'll uphold cleanliness and safety standards, resolve customer concerns, and coordinate tasks so the team delivers fast, friendly service 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team members during shifts to deliver outstanding customer service
• Oversee daily store operations including cash handling, merchandising, and inventory checks
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies and procedures
• Support training of new hires and ongoing skill development of team members
• Monitor shift performance, address issues, and provide feedback to staff
• Assist with scheduling, task delegation, and shift handoffs
• Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when needed
• Promote a safe work environment and compliance with health and safety standards
