Marketplace Attendant

As a Marketplace Attendant at Marriott, you will deliver warm, attentive service in our self-serve hotel marketplace, ensuring guests have convenient access to snacks, beverages, and grab-and-go items at any hour. Responsibilities include greeting guests, operating the POS system, handling cash and card payments, restocking and rotating products, and maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting space aligned with Marriott brand standards.

You will monitor product freshness and safety, assist with inventory, and collaborate with front desk and food & beverage teams to support an exceptional guest experience and Marriott's people-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and assist guests in the hotel marketplace
• Operate POS system, handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Restock food, beverages, and retail items to planogram and rotation standards
• Maintain marketplace cleanliness, organization, and product displays
• Monitor product freshness, temperatures, and safety standards
• Assist with inventory counts and reporting low-stock items
• Follow Marriott brand, hygiene, and food safety guidelines
• Address guest inquiries and resolve minor service issues
• Coordinate with front desk and food & beverage teams as needed
• Comply with security and loss-prevention procedures
