Teammate Endzone and Loyalty

Value Chain (Going Going Gone!) is a value-focused retail brand serving customers in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. As a Teammate Endzone and Loyalty, you will deliver friendly service, operate the POS, and support loyalty and endzone initiatives that help move inventory quickly and efficiently. You'll assist shoppers with product questions, promote loyalty programs, manage transactions, and help merchandise and organize sales floors, including clearance and value zones.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys active, on-your-feet work and thrives in a high-energy retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service on products and promotions.
• Operate POS system accurately, processing sales, returns, and loyalty enrollments.
• Support loyalty initiatives by explaining and signing up customers for programs.
• Assist with merchandising, signage, and maintaining organized sales floors and endcaps.
• Perform regular inventory counts, tagging, and ticketing of value and clearance items.
• Replenish stock on the sales floor and maintain a clean, safe shopping environment.
• Follow cash-handling, loss prevention, and company operational procedures.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet sales, customer satisfaction, and productivity goals.
