Team Captain Operations

Value Chain (Going Going Gone!) seeks a Team Captain Operations to lead day-to-day store execution in a high-volume, value-driven retail environment. You will direct associates on the sales floor, ensure fast, accurate inventory flow, and maintain a clean, well-merchandised store. Responsibilities include opening/closing, task delegation, coaching, cash handling support, and upholding safety and loss prevention standards. You'll collaborate with management to execute promotions and markdowns while delivering efficient, friendly customer service to every shopper.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store opening, closing, and shift operations to meet sales and service goals.
• Direct, coach, and support associates to deliver fast, friendly customer service.
• Oversee merchandising, signage, and product placement for a clean, shoppable floor.
• Monitor inventory flow, pricing, and markdowns to support rapid sell-through.
• Assist with cash handling, tills, and daily reconciliation procedures.
• Support scheduling, task assignment, and performance feedback for team members.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and company policy compliance at all times.
• Partner with management to execute promotions, store resets, and process improvements.
