Teammate, Retail

Value Chain (Going Going Gone!) is seeking Teammates to support all aspects of daily retail operations in a fast-paced, value-focused environment. In this role, you will provide friendly customer service, operate registers, and assist shoppers with product questions. You'll help stock shelves, set up displays, process inventory, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor and backroom. Teammates flex between roles based on store needs, working closely with others to ensure accurate pricing, efficient checkout, and well-presented merchandise that moves quickly for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide courteous service on the sales floor and at checkout
• Operate POS system accurately, handle cash, and follow loss prevention procedures
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain visually appealing displays
• Assist with receiving, tagging, and organizing incoming inventory and transfers
• Maintain store cleanliness, including sales floor, fitting rooms, and backroom areas
• Follow safety policies and report hazards or incidents to store leadership
• Support pricing changes, markdowns, and promotional setups
• Work collaboratively with teammates and follow direction from supervisors
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned
• Flex between roles (cashier, sales floor, stock) based on daily store needs
