Retail Customer Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary in-store contact for customer inquiries, returns, and issue resolution
• Coordinate front-end operations including checkout support and customer flow management
• Collaborate with sales and inventory teams to ensure product availability and accurate signage
• Monitor customer satisfaction and escalate complex concerns to management
• Train and support associates on customer service standards and procedures
• Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with company policies
• Assist with merchandising, promotions, and seasonal displays
• Use POS and retail systems to process transactions and track customer interactions
