Onsite Coordinator

Join Amazing Retail as a Part Time Shift Coordinator with CDS (Club Demonstration Services) in our Retail Operations team. In this role, you'll coordinate daily shift activities, support product demos, and ensure smooth store operations. You'll oversee scheduling, guide brand ambassadors, and maintain merchandising and display standards. Collaborate closely with store leaders to drive sales, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and uphold safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily shift activities for demo and retail operations
• Create and adjust shift schedules to ensure adequate coverage
• Support and guide brand ambassadors and demonstration staff on the sales floor
• Maintain merchandising, signage, and product display standards
• Monitor customer traffic and deploy staff to high-need areas
• Ensure adherence to safety, cleanliness, and store operating procedures
• Collaborate with store and department leaders to meet sales and service goals
• Provide basic training and on-the-spot coaching to team members
• Handle minor customer issues and escalate complex concerns as needed
• Complete basic shift reporting, attendance tracking, and communication logs
