A leading building solutions company, soon to be independently listed on the NYSE, is expanding its North American operations to capitalize on unprecedented growth in infrastructure, advanced manufacturing, and AI-driven development.
We’re looking for a Market Manager with strong technical and commercial acumen to help drive business development, support customers, and capture market share. This role combines territory management, account strategy, and basic technical service. You’ll serve as the key link between customers, product performance, and sales execution across a defined region.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and implement territory-level business strategies to grow and protect market share
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
- Set and manage time-bound revenue and product targets
- Apply value-based selling and account management techniques
- Monitor product performance and competitor activity in the market
- Provide basic technical assistance and support for product-related queries
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer product issues with the support of internal teams
- Track major sales opportunities and manage the sales pipeline
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and product offerings
- Maintain a regular presence with customers through scheduled travel and meetings
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Engineering, or related); OR 3 years of equivalent industry experience
- Experience: 3–5 years in the construction materials industry (cement or concrete experience strongly preferred)
- Tech Skills: Proficiency with Google Suite, Salesforce, SAP, and Qlikview
- Travel: Willingness to travel 10–15% of the time within the territory
- Strong communication, account planning, and customer-facing skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to identify opportunities and solve basic technical issues
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer relationships
Additional Requirements
- Must comply with all safety protocols, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Clean-shaven where respirator use is required for safety fit testing
