POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CFA, CIMA or CFP preferred

* Minimum 7 years' experience in the financial industry required; 3 years of experience in key account management, sales management or similar strategic client-facing role preferred.

* In-depth knowledge of financial markets and industry financial products required;
Knowledge of Federated Hermes' products preferred.

* Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office and data analytics required

* Must possess/immediately obtain FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.

MAJOR DUTIES:

* Build and maintain strong, long
¿ lasting relationships with Global Accounts, including Wirehouse, Independents, Banks, RIA firms and other strategically assigned firms.

* Develop materials summarizing opportunities, risks, and strategic recommendations for leadership

* Maintain accurate CRM entries and pipeline data to support forecasting and cross-functional visibility.

* Identify and develop opportunities to expand relationships with key clients, including upselling, cross-selling and launching new products.

* Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

* Address client issues and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

* Work closely with internal teams (i.e., Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Finance, Customer Service) to ensure clients' needs are met and to align strategies.

* Prepare regular reports on account status and progress, including sales forecasts and activity reports.

* Utilize data analytics and client data packs to monitor account performance, identify trends, make informed decisions, and develop sales campaigns for sales reps to drive client success and business growth.

* Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.

* Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients to maximize profit and ensure alignment with company policies.

* Attend industry and client conferences and seminars, as required.

* Entertain clients and prospects, as appropriate.

* Keep sales representatives informed of all material information related to global accounts.

HOURS/

LOCATION:

* 8:30 a.m.

- 5:00 p.m. (overtime as required)

* Federated Hermes Tower - Pittsburgh, PA 15222 or Field Office within US

* Heavy travel required;
Must be able to work core business hours and irregular hours.

The annual base salary range for this position is $100,470 - $195,920. In determining salary multiple factors will be taken into consideration such as primary work location, experience, education and skill set. In addition to base salary, this position includes eligibility for a bonus. Annual bonuses generally range from 50% to 250% of base salary and are determined by considering a variety of factors including some or all of the following: gross sales, net sales, asset growth, revenue and attainment of business-based objectives.

Certain employees may be eligible to participate in a Long-Term Incentive Plan. Additionally, Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401(k) plan. Each calendar year employees are eligible for paid leave which includes fifteen vacation days, seven ill days, and ten holidays.
