What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Grow revenue, profitability, and market share for healthcare products at the center level
  • Conduct regular business reviews to identify growth opportunities in private accounts and L/R-DSO’s
  • Provide clinical knowledge and support to customers and sales teams to drive sales
  • Conduct product demonstrations in both one-on-one and group settings
  • Utilize CRM and analytics tools to document and coordinate growth activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 2 to 5 years of applicable sales experience with increasing responsibility
  • Basic understanding of industry practices and tools
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic presentation and public speaking skills
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline
  • Experience in the healthcare products industry
  • Familiarity with CRM and analytics platforms
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional credibility
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies
