Key Account Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to join our dynamic surgical products division. This role is a pivotal position for an individual with a robust background in cardiac, thoracic, or hepatic surgery, and a proven record in surgical sales. You'll be engaging directly with top-tier medical professionals such as cardiac, hepatic, and general surgeons, with the potential to expand your reach to other specialties in the future.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with surgeons, focusing on introducing and integrating our innovative surgical products within operating room protocols.
  • Strategically market our surgical products to C-Suite executives and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), ensuring alignment with their high standards and needs.
  • Drive sales with a goal-oriented approach, backed by an aggressive commission structure.
  • Navigate the surgical environment with ease, providing essential support to ensure optimal use of our products.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in surgical sales, particularly within cardiac, hepatic, or general surgical domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and sell to C-Suite level executives and GPOs.
  • A consistent professional history that reflects stability and success in previous roles.
  • A creative and dynamic thinker capable of influencing change in surgical practices.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A competitive base salary of $110k with an on-target earnings of $220k, plus an aggressive commission overage plan.
  • A 4-month commission guarantee to support your transition.
  • A monthly car allowance of $625, with gas and mileage expenses covered.
