Position: Regional Sales Manager - Eastern US

The Vascular Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for building adoption across the assigned U.S. region (eastern US). This role requires a commercially disciplined, clinically credible sales professional who can prospect, develop hospital accounts, support evaluations, and partner with clinical resources to drive implementation and repeat utilization.

Core Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a regional account strategy focused on high-value hospital and health system opportunities.
  • Prospect into new accounts and build relationships with clinical, operational, and economic stakeholders.
  • Partner with Clinical Specialists to support product education, evaluation, implementation, and early utilization.
  • Communicate the clinical, workflow, and economic value to nurses, vascular access stakeholders, value analysis, and hospital leadership.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline, forecast, and account-stage documentation.
  • Support conferences, nursing meetings, local market development, and referral-based account expansion.
  • Provide market feedback to leadership on adoption barriers, buyer objections, competitive dynamics, and account opportunities.
Required Background
  • 2+ years of medical device or acute-care commercial experience.
  • Demonstrated hospital selling experience with clinical stakeholders.
  • Track record of account development, new business creation, or territory growth.
  • Ability to support product evaluations, implementation, and clinical education in partnership with clinical resources.
  • Strong communication, prioritization, CRM discipline, and regional ownership.
  • Willingness to travel within a broad assigned region.
Preferred Background
  • Vascular access, infusion, catheter, IV therapy, med-surg disposables, patient safety, or related hospital workflow experience.
  • RN/BSN, EMT or clinical background combined with real sales accountability.
  • Startup or early commercial scale-up experience a plus.
